Today’s brisk market is due to a distinct and ongoing lack of inventory. This means plenty of opportunity for sellers to enjoy multiple (read: competitive) offer situations, most often resulting in significantly higher sales proceeds.
This type of market is especially desirable for homeowners thinking of downsizing. What would you do with more cash: invest in other ways? Travel? Or perhaps just plain live more comfortably?
